YesMyTrip is a travel comparison, discovery and referral platform. We help users find and compare travel options from third-party providers. YesMyTrip itself is not the provider of the travel services displayed through the platform.

Offers displayed on YesMyTrip may be provided by independent third-party companies. Each individual offer identifies the company providing that offer. The relevant offer page may also display a provider-specific disclaimer.

The provider identified on the offer is responsible for the terms, availability and fulfilment of that particular offer.

This includes matters relating to third-party offers, pricing, availability, bookings, cancellations, refunds, delays, changes, travel services, external websites and other third-party activities.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, by using YesMyTrip you agree to release and hold harmless YesMyTrip and its owners, founders, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, representatives, service providers and other associated parties from claims arising from your use of YesMyTrip, your decisions relating to travel options, or your dealings with third-party providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless YesMyTrip and its associated parties from claims, losses, damages, liabilities and reasonable expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the platform, violation of these Terms or conduct that gives rise to a claim against YesMyTrip.

YesMyTrip may link to external websites operated by third parties. Those websites are independently operated and have their own terms and policies.

The YesMyTrip name, branding, website design, software and original content are owned by YesMyTrip or its licensors unless otherwise indicated. You may not reproduce or commercially use protected materials without permission.

We may update these Terms as YesMyTrip evolves. Updated Terms will be published on the website.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the maximum extent permitted.

If you register for an account to save searches, track price alerts, or access other features, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we suspect a violation of these Terms or unauthorized access.
