Flight Booking Policy:

  • The total price displayed includes all applicable government taxes..
  • You are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your booking.
  • There will be no refund for 'no-shows' or any partially unused flights.
  • Infant booking is not allowed on special fare.
  • To avail of infant fares, an infant must be under 24 months throughout the entire itinerary you are booking. This includes both onward and return journeys. If the infant is 24 months or above on the return journey, you'll need to make a separate booking using a child fare.
  • Infants must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.
  • All Tickets/Bookings issued to the customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by the respective Airlines / Supplier.
  • Cancellation charges will apply per sector wise.
  • Special offer fares are non-refundable.

Check in:

  • As per the airline rules, the standard check-in time begins 2 hours before departure for domestic flights.
  • For International flights, the check-in time is 3 hours before departure.
  • The passenger needs to check-in at least 2 hrs prior departure for Air India and Air India Express domestic flights, else will be considered as a no show.
  • Infants must have valid proof-of-age documents showing that the infant is under two years old.

Amendments:

  • Yes My Trip can assist you with amendments to most bookings (7:30 am to 9:30 pm). In some cases, though, you'll need to contact the airline directly.
  • Every booking made on Yes My Trip is subject to amendment charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.
  • If you amend your booking, you will be charged the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made. However if the new fare is lower than the Original fare, difference in the amount will not be refunded,but the rebooking charges as applicable will be collected.
  • In addition to the airline's amendment charges, Yes My Trip charges an amendment handling fee of Rs 250 per passenger per segment.
  • We'll collect these charges from you when we make the changes to your travel plans. We'll also collect the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made.
  • Depending on the airline's policy, some booked fares may not be amended.
  • All bookings made through us, can also be amended by calling up the Airline Call Center directly

Cancellation Policy:

  • When you cancel a booking, it may take 8-10 working days before the refund amount is credited to your bank account. In case of immediate rebooking this means money that you cannot use. With Wallet the refund amount is available to you as soon as we process refunds (this is usually within 12-24 hours except in certain cases) thus enabling you to make new bookings without any wait
  • Every booking made on Yes My Trip is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.
  • Some booked fares may be non-refundable per the specific airline's policy.
  • Online cancellations: Cancellations can be made online by signing in to your Yes My Trip Account. Step by step details for online cancellations are available.
  • Offline cancellations: We also accept cancellation requests through phone. However Yes My Trip cancellation charges for such offline cancellations may be higher
  • Yes My Trip cancellation charges: Over and above the airline cancellation charges, Yes My Trip will levy Rs 300 per passenger per segment for each cancellation
  • Flight Booking Only cancellation requests made online or telephonic through our customer support shall be entertained. Yes My Trip shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made through any other medium including but not limited to sms, e-mail
  • For e-tickets, if your cancellation request is made less than 3 hours before departure, you'll need to contact the airline directly to get your reservation cancelled
  • If you have done a 'Web/Tele Check-in' with the airline, get in touch with the airline for cancellation. Yes My Trip will not be able to process the refund for the same and will not take any responsibility for the same.

Refund Policy:

  • It is mandatory to contact Yes My Trip for all refunds, as the airline will not be able to refund your tickets booked at www.yesmytrip.com.
  • If you need a refund for paper tickets, please send them back to us. Your tickets must reach us within 48 hours of the time of cancellation so that we can get them endorsed by the airline for you.
  • If your paper ticket gets lost or damaged, the airline will not be able to process a refund request.
  • All cancellations made directly with the Airline need to be intimated to Yes My Trip by Email or Phone in order to initiate the refunds process
  • The refund will be credited back to the same account from where the payment was made. For example, if the User used a credit card, Company will make an appropriate charge reversal. If the User used a debit card, Company will credit the money back to the debit card.
  • Processing times for cancellation and refund requests vary. Depends on Airline cancellation Policy.
  • Wallet by Yes My Trip is a convenient online account to store cancellation refunds that can then be used for future bookings.
  • How does Wallet work?
  • Every time you cancel a booking and, the refund amount gets credited to your Wallet.
  • What are the benefits of using Wallet?

  • As long as you want. The funds in your Wallet never expires.
  • What happens if I fall short of funds in my Wallet when making a fresh booking?
  • You will always have the option of combining funds from your Wallet with any other payment instrument (like credit card or net banking) when making a new booking.
  • Can I transfer funds to or from my Wallet?
  • Currently funds can only be transferred to Wallet during cancellations. Also, funds can only be transferred out while making a booking online on Yes My Trip.
  • Where can I use the funds in my Wallet?
  • You can use the funds in your Wallet only for online air and hotel bookings at www.yesmytrip.com

Terms & Conditions for Online Refund

  • If the payment gateway is upgraded or Change then the refund Can not be process Online, you can utilize your amount for new bookings with www.yesmytrip.com. For More Detail Contact our call center.

No show No refund:

  • No Show (Non-use of reservation) : In case you do not utilize your reservation and fail to contact us to cancel it in a stipulated time period as specified above, we would not be in a position to return you any amount pertaining to your booking.

Non Refundable Fares:

  • Jet airways Fares filed in N,L,Q,S,K,H,V,O,W,B booking class are Non refundable / Changes not permitted, Jetkonnect Fares filed in O,G ,R,I ,Z. Air Indigo P Sale and Spicejet A / AP, booking class are Non refundable / Changes not permitted. other then all Special and Offer fares are Non Refundable as per the Fare rules.
